Pumpkin Crunch Cake

Ingredients :

  • 1 can · Libby's Easy Pumpkin Pie Mix
  • 23 cup · (5 fl oz) Evaporated Milk
  • 2 large · Eggs
  • 1 box · Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 cup · Chopped Nuts of your choice
  • 1 ½ block · Butter or Margarine, melted
Method / How to Make : 
  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Lightly grease 13x9 pan
  • Mix pumpkin pie mix, evaporated milk and eggs
  • Pour pumpkin mixture into pan
  • Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the top of pumpkin mixture
  • Sprinkle chopped nuts evenly over dry cake mix
  • Pour melted butter/margarine evenly over nuts and dry cake mix
  • Bake at 350° for 45-50 min
